We loved the hotel facilities and the cleanliness of the rooms. The parking area was adequate, and we enjoyed the location in the mountains and next to a small forest. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Cannot find any fault.

The hotel is nestled in a location which is next to a small forest and surrounded by breathtaking Dachstein mountains. the room is spacious, clean, and offers lovely views of the mountains. the bathroom is well-equipped and maintained, giving a comfortable experience. the hotel staff is friendly and helpful, always available for any requests. the breakfast spread is impressive with freshly cooked eggs, bio bread, and many options. the hotel also has a nice sauna which is perfect for evening relaxation.
The hotel could work on improving its English communication skills.

We did enjoy the beautiful views the hotel offered. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of foods offered as well. The location was also good, as we were able to easily access the surrounding mountains for some great hiking.
Our stay was not the best. There were no elevators, which made carrying our bags to the room quite difficult.
